The Laboratory of Agricultural Constructions and Environmental Control (LACEC), Department of Agriculture Crop Production and Rural Environment, School of Agricultural Sciences of University of Thessaly and the Center of Research and Technology, Thessaly (CE.RE.TE.TH), are co-organizing “Information Day” on Screenhouse Growing Vegetables, on Wednesday14th of November 2012.
The research personnel and the cooperators of the above organizations will inform all interested visitors about issues on New Technologies and Water Conservation Strategies in Greenhouses and Screenhouses. The information to be delivered are based on research work, “Theoretical and experimental investigation of microclimate inside screenhouses”, which is been co-financed by the European Union (European Social Fund - ESF) and Greek national funds through the Operational Program "Education and Lifelong Learning" of the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF) - Research Funding Program: Heracleitus II. Investing in knowledge society through the European Social Fund.
